Turmeric Smoothie

Did you know that Turmeric is the ANTI spice?!? It is anti-inflammatory, anti-cancerous, a great anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-fat as it helps in weight loss by detoxifying your liver and aiding in digestion. So if you have forgotten about that Tumeric spice in the back of your cupboard bring it back out and start using it.

Turmeric Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup of frozen pineapple (can substitute any other fruit)
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Takes ,
serves 1.

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
