Or if you're going to Commit to Get Fit, maybe you see yourself on a vacation doing a new sport you've always wanted to try. Post a picture somewhere it will motivate you daily.

Step Two: Create Your PlanMake room for success in your life. Remove anything that has held you back in the past (snacks in the house) for 21 days while you give yourself time to succeed. Get healthy snacks, supplements, and the exercise tools you need in place today. Instagram your success space - show us your shoes & snacks!
